Owner of The Pet Care Club

Dr. Heather Teter, LSW, CSSW brings over 33 years of professional experience in the field of social work, with a background spanning public mental health, direct service, program management, program development, teaching, and school social work in a private residential setting. Throughout her career, Heather has led organizations through times of crisis, change, and growth, with a particular focus on family engagement, education, and supporting marginalized populations.
Now, as the proud owner of The Pet Care Club of Central PA, Heather is excited to combine her lifelong passion for helping others with her love of animals. She looks forward to serving families and their pets across Central Pennsylvania with trusted, compassionate, and professional care.
Kim Andrew
CVT, Manager

Kim is the manager at The Pet Care Club of Central PA and a certified veterinary technician with a lifelong passion for animal care. She began her veterinary journey at an equine college in Oregon, where she developed a strong foundation in equine health and management.
Kim later graduated from YTI Career Institute with training focused on both small and large animal medicine. She has also worked as a veterinary technician in animal hospitals, where she gained valuable hands-on experience assisting with patient care, monitoring animal health, and supporting veterinary teams.
Her background working in veterinary settings has given her a strong understanding of animal behavior and medical needs. This experience helps her recognize subtle changes in a pets health or comfort.
When she’s not working with animals, Kim enjoys camping and spending time outdoors with her family and dogs.
Mike
Dog Walker/ Pet Sitter

Mike is a pet sitter with The Pet Care Club of Central PA and a lifelong dog lover. He has had dogs for most of his life and understands how important it is for pets to receive attentive, dependable care when their families are away.
Mike currently has a four-year-old chocolate Labrador named Norman, who loves getting out for long daily walks. Spending time outdoors with dogs is something Mike truly enjoys, and he brings that same care and enthusiasm to every pet he looks after.
Now retired, Mike is excited to be part of the Pet Care Club team. He takes pride in helping pet owners feel at ease, knowing their beloved animals are safe, comfortable, and well cared for while they’re away.
Aaron
Dog Walker, Pet Sitter

Aaron is a lifelong animal lover, especially when it comes to dogs. He jokes that he hasn’t spent a single day of his life without one. From the pit bull who slept in his crib as a baby to the husky who watched him graduate high school, dogs have always been an important part of his life and helped shape his love and understanding of animals.
Today, Aaron shares his home with two cats, a betta fish, and the goofiest little Cavachon named Ollie. After his freshman year of college, he spent the summer working in the boarding facility at Playful Pups Retreat, where he gained valuable experience learning about canine behavior, health, and daily care.
Although he later moved into general management, Aaron was excited to join the Pet Care Club of Central PA team to return to something that never truly felt like a job. He looks forward to caring for every pet as if they were part of his own family.
Jozalynn
Dog Walker, Pet Sitter
Jozalynn has a deep passion for animals, which drives her dedication to providing exceptional care for every pet she works with. She has experience caring for animals through feeding, grooming, and monitoring their health and behavior to ensure they are happy and comfortable.
In her role as a veterinary assistant, Jozalynn supported veterinarians by preparing exam rooms, assisting during procedures, safely handling animals, and maintaining medical records. She also has hands-on experience working with exotic pets, which has broadened her knowledge and deepened her appreciation for the unique needs and specialized care these animals require.
Jozalynn is committed to making sure every animal receives attentive, compassionate care while their families are away.
Crystal
Dog Walker, Pet Sitter

Crystal is a college student at Lancaster Bible College and lives in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She has always had a deep love for animals and grew up surrounded by a variety of pets, including dogs, hamsters, ducks, and even a bunny. Back home, she currently has three small dogs and a bunny who bring her endless joy.
Crystal has gained valuable hands-on experience working at a doggy daycare and most recently with Walkers this past summer, where she cared for dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. She truly enjoys spending time with animals and is dedicated to making sure every pet feels safe, happy, and loved while their family is away.
Emma Teter

Emma Teter is an avid animal lover with a true heart for rescue pets. She shares her home with two cats of her own and lives with her family’s four rescue cats and their beloved rescue dog, Stevie making her life joyfully centered around caring for animals.
Emma’s passion for pets extends beyond her home. She is currently employed at a local dog boarding facility, where she gains hands-on experience working with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. In addition, she provides dog walking and pet sitting services with Pet Care Club of Central PA, bringing reliability, attentiveness, and genuine affection to every visit.
Emma believes every pet deserves patience, enrichment, and compassionate care. She loves building meaningful connections with each animal she meets and treats every clients pet as if they were part of her own furry family.
Julie Mueller
Pet Care Professional | Lebanon, PA

Julie Mueller has had a lifelong passion for animals and understands that every pet has unique needs, personalities, and routines. As a devoted pet owner to two dogs, two cats, and four guinea pigs, she brings both personal experience and genuine compassion to every pet she cares for.
Julie’s experience extends beyond routine pet care and includes working with animals who require specialized medical and behavioral support. She has cared for a deaf dog that communicates through sign language, a diabetic cat requiring insulin injections, and an epileptic dog undergoing treatment for mast cell cancer. These experiences have strengthened her patience, attention to detail, and commitment to following individualized care plans with precision.
